Paul Roscoe is a New England based photographer.  His work balances the art of image-making with the science required in today's digital world. Paul uses the visual larder of New England to create rich and quietly startling seascapes and landscapes. He counterbalances this with a personal and free-style approach to capturing the "decisive moment" in his street photography.
